Christa Delcamp who was at WHDH for years and then switched to NBC Boston and then quit to "spend more time with her family" has now made a return to Cox’s WFXT.
She’s apparently the replacement for Vanessa Welch at Boston 25.
Cox has been making cuts, but Delcamp was on the newscast, anchoring solo on Wednesday night.
We haven’t seen an official word on her hiring, so maybe this is a freelance tryout.
